Set up by directors from one of the world leading property consultancies, this dynamic and sophisticated, boutique Estate Agency is looking for a Lettings negotiator to join their team in central London. They are looking for an upbeat, positive and personable Lettings Negotiator to hit the ground running in their busy office.

Candidate Profile for the Lettings Negotiator
If you possess heaps of charm, a friendly and reliable persona, and a strong work ethic - this could be the role for you!
You will ideally have some experience within the property industry, but this isn’t totally necessary - most importantly you will exhibit a positive and upbeat nature, are able to remain calm under pressure, with poise, strong attention to detail and exemplary customer service.
The role involves communicating with HNWIs and prime clients throughout Central London, strong communication and rapport building skills are essential!

Package for the Lettings Negotiator
Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:45pm
£20,000 to £28,000 Basic salary (negotiable depending on experience)
£50,000-£60,000 OTE
20 days holiday + Bank holidays and closed over Christmas.
