LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Warsash, SO31

Salary: OTE £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client is a highly successful and thriving Estate and Lettings Agency with offices throughout Hampshire and they are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their professional team based at their offices in Warsash.

The ideal candidate will be smart, well spoken, articulate, live locally and have their own car.

In order to hit the ground running, you will need to have previous experience in residential lettings and a great track record in negotiating AST’s, generating and winning business from both landlords and applicants.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• Thorough knowledge of the lettings process
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Warsash area helpful
• Full UK Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
