Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a well-established independent agents is looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team in Coventry.

Working hours of a Lettings Negotiator:

• Monday to Friday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm.
• 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.45 am - 12.30 pm.

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:

• £20,000 - £22,000 basic
• £30,000 OTE (Uncapped)
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays

Ideally, to be considered for the Lettings Negotiator position you must have the following:

• Experience within Estate Agency
• Highly organised
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great communication both written and verbal
• Fu UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

• Negotiating between tenants and landlords
• Registering applicants
• Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to generate and retain business.
• Overseeing a let through to move in
• Gaining feedback following viewings
• Arranging viewings
