Our clients, a well-established independent agent are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team in Bristol.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30 am - 3.30 pm (Day off I lieu)

Our client is offering the successful Lettings Negotiator:

  • Salary of circa £22,000
  • Company car
  • 5-day working week
  • Career progression

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have the following:

  • Previous Lettings experience
  • Great customer service skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Highly organised an time efficient
  • Able to work well individually as well as in a team
  • Full UK driver’s license

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Conduct viewings on properties and accompany tenants.
  • Answering phones, speaking with tenants and landlords
  • Arranging viewings on properties
  • Photographing properties and conducting 3d virtual tours for marketing
  • General office administration
  • Reporting to management of work activity.
