Lettings Negotiator

We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the Manchester's market leaders in their Stockport office as a Lettings Negotiator. As the lettings negotiator you will work closely with your viewing guide in securing lets for your portfolio. You will be responsible for lettings out the properties in an efficient and timely manner, whilst managing your clients expectations and offering exceptional customer service.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will ideally be experienced within a current lettings role and have a natural flare and a desire to work with a highly experienced, well established team.

• Lettings Negotiator BASIC SALARY- £24K-£25K OTE £30K+

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Managing a busy portfolio of properties covering various branches, dealing with all incoming enquiries via the system, emails and phones
• Qualifying leads to ensure suitability of applicants prior to viewings
• Booking viewings and managing feedback
• Providing the landlord with your expert opinion on the best applicants following viewings
• Negotiating contracts
• Progressing applications through to key collection stage, ensuring referencing, right to rent checks and paperwork are completed correctly
• Keeping landlords fully up to date of progress
• Maintaining databases to ensure details are always up to date and accurate
• Protecting deposits and serving relevant documents
• Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet full legal requirements

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
• Sales/ Customer Service experience.
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• Drivers licence desirable- not essential
