Great opportunity within an established independent agent in Plymouth who are seeking a seeking a Lettings Negotiator to enhance their dynamic team with salary up to £28,000. As a Lettings Negotiator, your typical week will consist of Monday to Thursday, 8.45 am to 5.30 pm, and Friday from 8.45 am to 5 pm. The role requires one in four Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm, with time off in lieu, ensuring a balanced professional and personal life.

The ideal candidate will bring some experience in lettings, underpinned by exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, will be paramount in fostering strong relationships with clients. A full UK driver's license is essential, as is a flare for organisation and time management to navigate the demands of the role efficiently.

Your responsibilities will be varied and engaging, encompassing the promotion of the company's brand, coordinating and conducting property inspections, and managing viewings. You will play a pivotal role in the drafting and execution of tenancy agreements, along with general administrative duties. Your interactions will not be limited to tenants; expect to liaise with landlords, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
