A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to join a fantastic Estate and Lettings agent with three offices across Peterborough. This is a brilliant agent with a huge amount of character and a fantastic team! If you are looking to take the next step in your lettings career, look no further!

The Package

• Basic: £20,000 to £25,000 Dependent on experience + Commission OTE £35,000 +

Role Responsibilities

• To facilitate the marketing, viewing and negotiation of lettings listings.
• To facilitate the progression of tenancies.
• To ensure company standards are being met and our clients are receiving epic service. (Embrace Excellence)
• To assist and support company events.
• To be a brand ambassador.
• To generate valuations.
• To register tenants.
• To conduct viewings.
• To negotiate offers.
• To progress transactions through to move-in.
• To ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to.
• To refer to carefully selected third parties.
• To smash it out of the park.

Development - Training for all aspects of the role will be provided. Personal and professional development is encouraged and supported. (We have a
growing library of books to help yourself from)

• Fixed income

• Minimum one years’ experience in an estate agency role.
