Lettings Negotiator - Work from home

A rare and exciting work from home opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading, growing Estate Agency in the Midlands. My client is growing like no other and the business spans across the East Midlands, West Midlands and Worcestershire areas. 

The successful Lettings Negotiator must be experienced within a current lettings role, be self motivated, reliable and hard working. You will need to be able to successfully manage the local lettings stock and be the face of the business in the Derby area. 

My client is looking for a driven individual with a desire to progress. For the right person this opportunity will grow into a more senior role with a fast track opportunity into management. 

You will need to live in the Derbyshire / near by area for this role. 

Lettings Negotiator – Benefits

• A basic salary of up to 24k depending on experience plus commission.

Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Negotiating lets resulting in the best outcome for both tenant and landlord
• Booking and conducting viewings in a professional manner to ensure best results
• Organising pre tenancy paperwork
• Uploading properties onto main portals
• Registering applicants 
• Key handling
• Liasing with head office admin support
• Providing an exceptional level of service at all times
• Play your part in achieving the best market share and reputation for offering a quality, reliable and results orientated service

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is essential
• Sales/ Customer Service experience.
• A mature, reliable and driven mindset
• Desire to work for a busy, well established growing agent
