Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer

We are currently seeking a high-achieving Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer to join our client who can offer all of this and more!

Working hours:

As a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer you will be required to work Monday - Friday full time with just 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm required to work

The successful Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer will be offered:

• Upto £25,000 Basic
• Upto £29,000 OTE
• 22 days holiday + Bank holidays

• Being enrolled onto a fully-funded training course that will let you gain the ARLA qualification and also paid membership for ARLA

Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer requirements:

• Worked within the role previously.
• The ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
• Strong customer service skills
• take pride in your work
• Personable
• Full UK Driving Licence and car

As a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee Lettings Valuer, your role will involve:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Have great knowledge of the current market
• Booking viewings
• Dealing with contracts
• Conducting regular calls with Landlords to make sure they’re up to date with their property report
• Progression on to Trainee Lettings Valuer role
