Our client is looking for a driven and self motivated individual to join their high achieving South West London Lettings team. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
  • Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the letting process.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
  • Assisting with negotiations between renters and Landlords , ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.
  
What we need in you:
  • No experience needed 
  • High achiever.
  • Engaging personality and well-spoken.
  • Motivated and driven.

Benefits:
  • Base salary of £20,000 OTE £50,000 +
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Guaranteed commission for the first three months.
