Lettings Manager

Our clients are an independent boutique estate agency based in Camden, North West London and they are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Manager to join the team.

As a lettings manager you will be required to:

Register applicants and match applicants to properties.

Arrange and attend viewings.

Conduct market appraisals and obtain new business.

Give only carefully considered and qualified market advice.

Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants.

Liaise and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants.

Communicate with landlords with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from applicants and agree terms with landlords.

Provide practical solutions to landlords with regards to achieving a prompt let.

Generate new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewing and lets.

Progress transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain office systems/software and working procedures

Efficient diary management.

Produce activity reports as required.

Ensure effective teamwork and co-operation between staff.
