Lettings Manager Needed for Prestigious Real Estate Agency in Central London

Key Requirements:
  • 5 years as a Letting Manager in Central London
  • Experience managing a large team
  • Management of a large portfolio of properties
  • Experience managing overseas landlords
  • Previous experience as a Negotiator, Property Manager, Client Account (preferred)
  • ARLA Level 3 certification
  • Proven track record in a rapidly growing residential lettings business at a senior level
Role Overview: Join a successful real estate agency in Central London to spearhead a new lettings department. As Lettings Manager, you'll establish processes, manage the team, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Ideally 5-10 years of overall lettings experience
  • ARLA Level 3 certification minimum
  • Proficiency in all aspects of the lettings process
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience managing profit and loss
  • Ability to lead and coach teams to achieve KPIs
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Mature outlook with the ability to impress demanding clients
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Valid Driving License
Responsibilities Include:
  • Setting out processes and policies
  • Team management and coaching
  • Developing and maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
  • Ensuring departmental efficiency and compliance
  • Maintaining high performance and sales targets
