Lettings Manager

Ruislip, Middlesex

£42,500 + Pension

This is a great role within a growing local Property Company who are currently seeking an enthusiastic Lettings Manager with strong organisational and customer service skills to join their happy team.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential properties and maintaining successful tenant relationships

- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with a wide range of general enquiries from tenants

- Acting as main point of contact for tenants requiring maintenance and repair support and organising Contractors

- Liaising with potential tenants to schedule property viewings and negotiating terms of rental

- Maintaining rental records, recording payment details and chasing overdue payments when needed

- Maintaining computerised tenant and Landlord database systems and updating details when necessary
