We are currently looking for a Lettings Manager to join our clients, a well-respected agent with a fantastic brand in the Norwich area. You will also be covering their other offices across South Norfolk and our clients value outstanding customer service over KPIs!

If you have experience in listing properties, negotiating lets, and property management then this opportunity might be for you!

Working Days:

As a Lettings Manager, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

  • Basic Salary of up to £25,000 + strong commission structure at 10%!
  • Strong guarantee for 6 months whilst building your pipeline!

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

  • Experience listing properties to let
  • ARLA qualification would be preferred however not essential
  • Property Management experience
  • Self-motivation with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, determined, ambitious and focused
  • A full UK driving license and access to own car

As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve the following:

  • Arranging & conducting viewings and valuations
  • Dealing with reference
  • Assistant with any maintenance issues
  • Building on the portfolio
  • General Admin duties
  • Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness
  • Liaise and negotiate between both parties to secure the let
