LETTINGS MANAGER– Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Ashford, TW15

Salary: OTE £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for a candidate who loves Residential Lettings, thrives on putting deals together and can win new lettings listings in a competitive market place.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.

You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out lettings valuations, negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion. The right candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, be proactive and self-motivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Manager (Estate Agency and Residential Lettings) – role will include:

• Experienced residential Lettings Agent
• Extensive Listing / Valuations experience
• ARLA qualification preferable
• Superior sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Ashford / Staines and the surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
