As a leading independent Estate Agency they are currently looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator/renewals negotiator to join the Lettings and Property Management Department.

Use Alto (our CRM) productively. ·

Good attention to detail and to communicate well

Key Responsibilities:

Deal with customer enquiries effectively

Oversea keys and complete weekly key audit

Answer incoming communication (telephone and emails) ·

Ensure all tenancy renewals are communicated and agreed with all parties.

Manage tenancy progression / deal paperwork and move ins

Arrange any tenancy contract amendments.

Arrange end of tenancy formalities (check out process)

Deal with tenancy deposits and disputes

Manage office stationery, equipment and post

Update office windows and sales drawers

Update relevant departments and manager

Any other duties requested by manager or Directors.

Experience:

Experience in Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression/renewals.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Ability to manage own work load, multi task and remain calm under pressure

Able to work to strict deadlines, even during busy period

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent telephone manner

Good working knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word

Working Hours Monday to Friday 9.0- 6.30pm & 1 Saturday per month with day off in the week.
