Our client, a well-respected Estate Agents is looking for an experienced Lettings administrator to join their close-knit team in Torquay.

Working hours of a Lettings Administrator:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Administrator:

  • Up to £30,000 basic DOE
  • Free parking
  • Team events/ socials

Lettings Administrator requirements:

  • Previous property administration experience
  • Understanding of Property Lettings
  • Experience dealing with CRM Systems
  • Highly organised and time efficient
  • Able to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent customer service skills

Key tasks of a Lettings Administrator will include but will not be limited to:

  • Handling telephone calls and general face to face enquiries
  • Making sure compliance checks have been carried out
  • Updating the CRM system
  • General liaising between landlord and tenant for a smooth tenancy start.
  • General office admin duties
  • Dealing with payments
