Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30pm
Salary £22,000 - £25,000 DOE
Due to ongoing high demand, an exciting opportunity has come available in the Lettings Team of our clients busy and rapidly growing Birmingham office. This is a full time, permanent role with the possibility of an immediate start.
The role offers a great deal of variety and would need someone who will embrace the role and bring a passion for people and a 'can do’ attitude.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Providing admin support to help the property managers,
- Arranging for repairs and maintenance
- Drafting tenancy agreements and preparing move in paperwork
- Referencing new tenants
- Booking check-ins and outs
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants for all documents and queries
Requirements
- +2 years of experience as a lettings or tenancy coordinator/administrator.
- Experience in the U.K. residential property industry
- Must have an interest in the property industry.
- Able to coordinate people with locations, keys, times & dates over the phone.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus
- Team player
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
