An exciting and varied role has become available for a Lettings Accounts Administrator Assistant to join a top independent agent in Maidenhead on a fixed term contract.  

Lettings Accounts Administrator Benefits

Lettings Accounts Administrator Duties:

  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Bank reconciliation. 
  • Receipting rent payments.
  • Chasing debtors.
  • Processing and arranging deposit returns.
  • Managing a small team

Lettings Accounts Administrator Experience needed

  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Accounts experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player & articulate
  • Quick thinker & customer focussed
  • Flexible working approach
  • Proactive & enthusiastic
  • This is a great opportunity for a detail orientated candidate with accounts experience
