What's involved?

As Leisure Assistant or Fitness Instructor you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and motivating environment for the guests to exercise and relax, whilst provide training sessions and ensure the leisure facilities are cleaned and well maintained. You will provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any questions or concerns, whilst assist in organising special events or wellness programs.

Previous experience as a Leisure Assistant or Fitness Instructor within a fitness or leisure environment is preferred and ideally in a hotel. You must have level 3 fitness instructor or Personal Trainer qualification as well as effective IT and communication skills. First Aider is desirable.
