Legal Team Manager - Bristol

Excellent opportunity for a Legal Team Manager to join a well-known motoring organisation.

Our client is one of the UK's most progressive and long-standing motoring organisations. They are currently looking for a Legal Team Manager to join their growing team in North Bristol.

Their legal team provides legal advice and Legal Expenses Insurance services to millions of their high profile corporate partners' customers, consisting of some of the UK's leading insurer and broker businesses. The team advise on a range of private law matters, such as employment issues, consumer rights, property disputes, personal injury and wills & probate. The role will involve managing a team of 15 Legal Advisors. You will help to ensure that the team meet operations performance targets through coaching, 121's, feedback and development plans.

To be considered for this role, you must be a law graduate. Ideally, you will also have a post-graduate qualification (e.g. LLM or LPC) and/or have legal/insurance experience. You must also have experience of managing a team in a customer-facing role.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £37,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. This role also allows for hybrid working.
