Salary: Up to £63,940 + Package

Location: Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax or Birmingham (2 days p/w on site)

Our client, a leading UK financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a Sourcing Manager within their Legal Services team. Role:

This role supports sourcing for Legal Services within the organisation. You'll lead projects with senior Legal stakeholders to manage spending and improve commercial and risk results.

Your responsibilities include developing category strategies, implementing sourcing initiatives to enhance service delivery and cost management, and supporting the legal community in adopting AI and automation technology.

You'll collaborate with sourcing colleagues, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to manage the sourcing lifecycle effectively, ensuring optimal value from agreements in alignment with the organisation's strategic vision.

• Substantial background and expertise in Legal Services category sourcing.
• Proficient internal and external stakeholder management skills, including direct engagement with Legal Firms - preferably any of the Magic Circle firms.
• Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach.
• Strong negotiation capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently while offering technical guidance on project and program management within specified parameters of cost, time, and quality.
• Proficiency in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and managing risks in production processes and providing technical guidance as needed.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba sourcing and contract modules is advantageous.
• Background in Financial Services is desirable.
