We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join our client, on their family law department. This is a great opportunity for someone who has legal experience, particularly in family law.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing administration support within the family department
• Answering inbound calls professionally and direct them, as appropriate.
• Maintain and organise diaries, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met.
• Keep filing systems up to date

The ideal candidate:

• Administration experience
• Great organisation and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Flexible approach
• Ability to work under pressure and well within a team
