Are you an experienced Legal Secretary seeking part time work? Look no further!

 Our client is seeking a part-time Legal Secretary to join their Employment and Corporate team in Sevenoaks working Wednesday - Friday.

You will be responsible for;

  • Collaborate with fee earners to produce documentation that meets client expectations and deadlines..
  • Proofread all work to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage fee earners’ diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Perform general PA duties, including booking restaurants and accommodations.
  • Prepare narratives and bills, maintaining up-to-date billing files.
  • Process expense claims and payment requisitions.
  • Maintain and update client contact details in our database.
  • Keep electronic and paper-based filing systems current.
  • Respond professionally to telephone enquiries.
  • Support the secretarial team and provide cover as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven proactive administration experience.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Flexible and capable of managing new tasks at a fast pace.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge positive client relationships.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with colleagues across different offices.
