A great opportunity for a a detail-oriented and organised Litigation Secretary with a passion for property law to join a leading legal practice in North West London.

As a Property Litigation Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting Partners in handling property litigation matters. Responsibilities will include:

- Assisting n drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Managing case files and maintaining organised records of documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other parties involved in litigation matters
- Scheduling meetings, court hearings and appointments
- Conducting legal research and compiling information for cases as needed
- Providing secretarial support, such as managing calendars and handling correspondence

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary with a focus on property litigation
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal case management software
