Our client is looking to recruit a knowledgeable and professional Legal Secretary with excellent administrative and numerical skills. You should pride yourself on your timekeeping, organisational abilities and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities as a Legal Secretary

  • Supporting small team
  • Handling variety of client focused secretarial and administrative tasks
  • Providing administrative support to partners
  • Monthly billing
  • File management

Experience / Skills

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience
  • Dispute resolution / commercial litigation experience is desirable
  • Commercial awareness
  • Experience of legal billing and good standard of numeracy
  • Strong IT skills, fast and accurate typing, including audio
  • Excellent administrative and time management skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to business needs
