Solicitors are looking for a Legal Secretary working in their conveyancing department

You will need some previous legal secretarial experience in any discipline and happy to train into conveyancing if you don't already have it,

Duties

  • Providing legal secretarial support to the conveyancing client fee earner
  • Arranging appointments.
  • Audio and copy typing.
  • Dealing with client queries by phone
  • Filing and dealing with general correspondence
  • Arranging court dates.
  • Downloading land registry information
  • Hours 9-5

Skills

Experience as a legal secretary client is required.
