Legal Secretary

A reputable top tier law firm is currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic and friendly office in Brighton. As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team. An established firm, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact on the day to day, working closely with Partners and clients alike. In this role you'll undertake a variety of administrative tasks including:
- File management, scanning and uploading documents
- Processing expenses, monthly billing and updating client records
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries
- Audio typing
- Managing email inboxes
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, with knowledge of client billing and excellent typing skills. This is a Brighton-based position, so you will be located in the Sussex area and able to commute into the office. The successful applicant will be dynamic and able to problem solve when faced with new challenges within the workplace.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive an annual salary of £35,000 with 25 (plus 8) days holiday and company pension plan. Standard working hours are Mon-Fri (9.30am-5.30pm) with the option for an informal flex for early/late starts. Hybrid working is available after 3 months probation.
