An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced legal secretary to join our client's Private Client department in Banstead on a permanent basis.

Key duties to include:

  • Undertaking copy/audio typing tasks.
  • Assisting with the composition of wills.
  • Assisting with deed binding.
  • Managing partner's diaries.
  • Correspondence with clients.
  • Managing key administrative files.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous secretarial experience in a Private Client department.
  • Confidence when working with clients and third parties.
  • Accurate and quick typing speed.
  • Strong grammar and spelling.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
