Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and solicitor.

- Manage monthly billing and maintain organised filing systems.

- Collaborate with the wider secretarial team during peak periods and provide coverage for absences.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a dispute resolution secretary in a busy legal environment.

- Proficiency in legal billing and strong numeracy skills.

- Excellent IT skills and fast, accurate typing ability.

- Effective time management and organisational skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive, responsible, and collaborative team player.

- Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn and evolve.

- Professional and confident demeanour.

Hybrid working options with potential for remote work, based on team needs. Office-based initially with full-time requirement during probation period.
