We are looking for candidates with legal backgrounds who have a passion for sales and client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to put your legal knowledge and experience to practice on a legal recruitment desk.

• Excellent In-House training over 6 weeks directly with our Birmingham managers who will train you on end to end recruitment

• Pro-active and experienced team, you will be working alongside top billers within a global agency

We are looking for candidates who are pro-active and motivated to build a career in recruitment.

• You will have some knowledge or experience in a legal field.

• Sales, business development or client management experience will be really appealing for this role.

• You will be a fast learner with excellent verbal & written communication skills. You will also be pro-active and self-motivated.
