Top legal client are currently searching for a legal receptionist/assistant to join their Conveyancing team in Cardiff on a permanent basis. This position will be based full time in the office.

Key duties to include:

  • Completing general administrative tasks to support the team.
  • Maintaining reception area and greeting visitors.
  • Screen and answer incoming office calls.
  • Utilise case management system to prepare correspondence.
  • Maintain mail deliveries.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a legal receptionist/assistant.
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing legal environment preferable.
  • Confident and polite telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar.
