Legal Patent / IP Specialist - 39553 - £28.60/hr umbrella rate

Do you have design experience, and are you seeking a new job in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Legal Patent/IP Specialist, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £28.60 per hour (Inside IR35).

As a Legal Patent and IP Specialist, you will be responsible for developing an internal process governing the IP identification for offboard, digital, branding, events and collaborations, etc.

You will also be engaging with the creative teams in identification and research to help ensure that other companies' protections are not infringed.

To apply for this Legal Patent/IP Specialist, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Project management experience - working with various people/ functions to tight deadlines
  • Intellectual property experience - design registrations and trademarks
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Industry design knowledge (automotive preferential but not essential)
  • Legal knowledge of intellectual property requirements.
