Are you an experienced Legal PA/Secretary seeking an exciting opportunity in a prestigious international law firm? Our client is looking for a Legal PA to join their expanding Rail and Real Estate team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Rail and Real Estate team.

- Assist with billing processes and client onboarding procedures.

- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements.

- Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence.

- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a legal secretary in a law firm setting is essential.

- Strong knowledge of billing processes and client onboarding procedures.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
