Employment Legal PA

Top City law firm is seeking an Employment Legal PA to join their busy Employment team in London on a permanent basis.

  • Salary £44,000
  • Hybrid Working (2 days remote working)
  • 9.30am to 5.30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Legal PA to join a highly regarded City law firm. Experience gained within Employment law would be advantageous.

Employment Legal PA Duties:

  • Support Lawyers with marketing and BD activities
  • Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
  • Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
  • Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
  • Enter new contact information onto the CRM system InterAction
  • Assist with BD pitches
  • Assist Lawyers in the billing and credit control process

Requirements as an Employment Legal PA:

  • Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience, ideally within Employment law
  • Experienced gained from a recognised law firm
  • Fast, accurate typing skills
  • Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
  • Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
