Legal PA / Assistant (Private Client) - Norwich

New opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary, PA, Assistant or Paralegal to join a long-standing and successful Norwich based firm within their Private Client department as a Legal PA.

This is a rare opportunity in which prior experience within Private Client is not essential and due the level of experience and knowledge within the team, they are in strong position to offer training and supervision to someone who is looking to progress their legal career and develop an expertise within Private Client work.

Prior experience working within a law firm at Legal Secretary, PA, Assistant or Paralegal is essential.

Whilst this opportunity is being offered at Legal PA / Assistant level, this opportunity comes with strong potential for further progression within the next year and will also offer strong exposure and the opportunity to undertake some fee-earning work whilst building up your knowledge.

General duties will include:

• Handling enquiries from new clients.

• Preparing documents such as LPA’s and basic Wills.

• Providing quotes.

• Taking details and arranging initial meetings.

• Updating clients regarding case statuses.

• Updating files.

• Attending home visits alongside fee earners.
