Legal Dispute/Debt Specialist - Part time
Are you a legal professional with a passion for resolving legal disputes and debt issues? Our Peterborough based client is currently seeking a Legal Dispute/Debt Specialist to join their team.
As a Legal Dispute/Debt Specialist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to contractual disputes and debt claims, investigating and drafting responses where appropriate. Working with our clients internal Credit Control team to manage cases to a timely conclusion including following through debt recovery cases in County and Small Claims courts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt resolution and recovery. Experience in litigation and negotiation is a must. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Working out of our client’s Peterborough office, 24 hours a week, you will need to be commercially minded, highly organised with a keen eye for detail with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
