About the Role

The successful candidate will support the likes of the commercial, technology and data teams as a trusted advisor, predominantly by negotiating and reviewing a plethora of tech related contracts and supporting in maintaining a strong understanding of legal compliance and commercial awareness across the business. You'll report to the General Counsel as part of a small team and get involved in ad hoc governance and intellectual property matters too.

About You

You will be an E&W qualified commercial lawyer with ideally 1+ PQE (as a guide only), with experience reviewing and negotiating the likes of SaaS, licensing, service and confidentiality agreements. The client is open to applications from both those trained in practice and in-house, and is focused on finding the right cultural fit. The ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders will be crucial. You will be able to come into the London offices twice a week as part of a hybrid working set up.
