Join our highly respected London market Insurer as a Legal Counsel, located in the City. This role offers flexible in-office arrangements, allowing you to work 3 days per week.

As part of the growing Procurement and Supplier Management team, you'll be instrumental in the newly established legal function. Your responsibilities include negotiating commercial contracts, focusing on IT agreements like SaaS, EULAs, and professional service contracts. Additionally, you'll provide vital legal support to mitigate risks and ensure value from third-party suppliers.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for professional growth. You'll have the autonomy to shape your international role within our organisation, challenging traditional practices and fostering innovation.

This role would someone who is experienced in commercial contract negotiation, preferably within insurance or financial services. Expertise in IT contract law, particularly in SaaS and EULAs, is essential.
