We are working with a world-leading company that provides innovative solutions relating to the supply and production of food products. With over 5,000 employees globally our client are game changers within their industry, and they are now looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking Lawyer to join the team based in London.

As Legal Counsel, you will be working in a collegiate team with access to hybrid and flexible working. Some of the key day-to-day responsibilities include managing ancillary transaction and other corporate documentation, executing transactions across the capital structure, including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions, the majority of which will be international or cross-border in nature. You will also be expected to work on commercial contracts.

Applicants must have at least 5 or more years' experience, gained within a well-established international law firm or in-house function. It is essential that you are fluent in Spanish and English, as well as having an England & Wales legal qualification.

Remuneration: £110,000 - £130,000 + benefits package.
