Your new company
You'll be working for a growing advertising/tech company as their new Legal Counsel. You'll be exposed to a fast-paced and high-growth environment, where you'll get the opportunity to work on a range of legal matters. The company is looking to expand within the next year, so it is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team and assist the Legal Director.
Your new role
As Legal Counsel, you'll be responsible for advising on a range of different corporate and commercial matters. You'll be working closely with the Legal Director and will support them in the legal matters surrounding the company's expansion. Alongside dealing with the corporate and commercial elements, you'll also take responsibility for a range of data protection matters. You'll be reviewing and negotiating agreements on a variety of different matters affecting the company.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience (in-house or private practice) advising on commercial and corporate matters.
  • Strong private practice training.
  • 2+ PQE.
  • Strong academic history.
  • Experience in data protection (preffered).

What you'll get in return

  • A salary of £80,000-90,000.
  • A discretionary bonus.
  • Hybrid working.
