Description

The Legal Cashier will be responsible for:

• Managing client and office account transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Processing bank transfers and handling petty cash.
• Assisting with the preparation of month-end financial reports.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Processing invoices and payments.
• Handling queries related to accounts from staff and clients.
• Assisting with other financial and administrative duties as required.

Profile

The successful Legal Cashier should have:

• A solid foundation in accounting and finance.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Familiarity with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
