JOB TITLE:       Legal Cashier
LOCATION:      West Sussex
EXPERIENCE:  12 months’ experience
SALARY:          Competitive

OVERVIEW:
• Processing incoming and outgoing payments, including client funds, disbursements, and expenses.
• Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Managing petty cash and bank reconciliations.
• Handling billing processes, including preparing invoices and statements.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
• Liaising with solicitors, clients, and third-party providers regarding financial matters.
• At least 12 month experience working in an accounts department
