Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Hybrid role - Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with some flexibility around hours

About You:
  • Experience potentially gained from Accounts or Finance Administration
  • Proficient in Excel (Formulas, not Macros)
  • Detail-oriented and numerically adept
  • Adaptable to hybrid working arrangements
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with SRA accounts rules or prior experience as a Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Management of purchase ledger
  • Client billing and invoicing
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Handling office finances
  • Varied adhoc duties using system action steps
