Key Responsibilities:
- Diligently input data for payments, receipts, petty cash, and more into the accounting database.
- Efficiently manage card and cheque payments and maintain the card payment transaction log.
- Perform essential general "housekeeping" for closed accounts.
- Oversee credit control activities and handle financial breach reporting.
- Contribute to the firm's compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules during audits and report preparations.

Skills:
- Exceptional organisational skills for preparing and collating accounts from various sources.
- Unwavering accuracy in data entry across case management and accounts databases.
- A good working knowledge of legal accounts posting procedures is highly desirable.

Knowledge:
- Practical understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules is essential for success in this role.

Experience:
- Candidates should have experience gained on the job and through relevant courses.

This role does not include supervision responsibilities but offers a chance to broaden one's experience through tailored coaching and training.
