Role:
As a vital member of the legal team, your role will involve supporting solicitors in the management of probate cases, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting research, liaising with clients, and handling conveyancing matters with precision and care.

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of probate law complemented by practical conveyancing experience. A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently is paramount.

- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant within Probate and Conveyancing
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to client confidentiality
- Relevant qualifications such as a Law degree, Legal Practice Course (LPC), or equivalent practical experience
