No Legal Experience Needed!

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
  • Call Handler Experience: While legal experience is not required, having experience as a call handler is advantageous. Your ability to communicate effectively is crucial in this role.
  • Medical Background: A background in the medical field is highly valued. Your understanding of medical terminology and procedures will contribute to your success in handling clinical negligence and personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
As a Legal Assistant in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Working on sensitive cases, often dealing with difficult or traumatic situations.
  • Providing support to clients during emotional times.
  • Assisting in various aspects of paralegal work related to clinical negligence and personal injury cases.
Location and Hours:
  • Location: Tunbridge Wells
  • Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM with a 1.15-hour lunch break
  • Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
