Legal Administration Assistant - Boutique City Law Firm! (9mth FTC)
Up to £28,000 + hybrid working!
Excellent opportunity to gain experience in a varied role, supporting lovely people, and be able to work from home up to 2 days per-week!
This is a progressive law firm with a paperless environment, that deals with a variety of corporate & regulatory work.
Main duties: - Filing and recording of expenses - Scanning/printing - Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and arranging couriers - Diary management (Meetings/conference calls) - Preparing the meeting room for external meetings - Note taking at internal meetings - Client file opening support - Assisting the Practice Manager with arranging team and client events - Maintaining office/remote working supplies - Liaising with external IT department - General ad-hoc admin tasks.
You will need a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar environment, have an enthusiastic approach, good attention to detail, and experience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
