Lecturer in Health and Social Care

Do you have experience of working in the health or care sector and interested in delivering short qualification courses for adults (Level 1 Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care course and Level 2 Health and Social Care Award).

About you:

You will either be a qualified teacher, a graduate or a vocationally experienced professional interesting in pursuing a career as a health and social care teacher.

About the role:

Main duties will include:

• Deliver teaching, learning and assessments
• Deliver teaching and learning strategies to adult students
• Be involved in the design and development of high-quality teaching and learning material for the courses
• Develop strategies for formative and summative assessments
• Supervise the work of students in a timely, professional and supportive manner
• Offer appropriate advice, feedback, support, and encouragement to students
