Learning Support Worker
As an Autism 1:1 Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support to a student with autism. Your patience, empathy, and understanding will be instrumental in creating a positive and enriching learning experience. This is a full-time position working one-on-one with a specific student
Responsibilities- Work closely with the student, implementing individualized strategies to address their unique needs.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment, promoting independence and social interaction.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Assist with daily routines, sensory regulation, and communication.
- Relevant experience working with individuals with autism.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
- Competitive daily rate: £80 - £95 per day based on experience.
